All shipping will be by NZ Post. Goods will be dispatched within 7 days of order, and will be sent by courier with tracking, Parcels must be signed for on delivery.

We cannot control delivery times but will look into any delay should it occur.

Wedding gowns have assorted weights and sizes and will usually be sent in a breathable bag inside a large box. The cost of the freight will be worked on weight and the volume of the box sent. An average cost has been applied to the web site and this will be all you will have to pay, even if the freight exceeds the stated amount.
